BVS s.r.l., the company which was established in June 2017 in order to lease and then acquire the former Leali Steel’s assets, will be merged by incorporation in the holding company Acciaierie Venete S.p.A.

The merger, effective from April 1st, 2019, will include the relocation of the Acciaierie Venete’s registered office to Borgo Valsugana (TN), in 4 Puisle Street.

Acciaierie Venete S.p.A., whose headquarters will remain in Padua, will take seamlessly over all the assets and liabilities of the incorporated Company.
